I started practicing karate last year. My father practiced karate and I wanted to try it too.
Karate is a sport, where you can hit arms and legs of your competitor. In karate there are a lot of techniques that you must manage. You have to manage karate techniques not to injure your competitor or yourself. The techniques I use are present in the kata or forma. In karate there are a few colour belts. The belt marks the level degree.
I go to karate on Mondays and Fridays. Before we start we do warm-up exercises. Every training is two hours long.
